I oversaw the design and implementation of a 4-day Manila experience for several Corebridge senior leaders. During their time in the Phillipines, we ran leadership talks, a collaborative workshop, a cultural tour and a global Town Hall that was broadcast internationally to teams based in India, Costa Rica, USA, and the Phillipines.
