

McDONALD'S DRIVETHRU INNOVATION
Workshop Designer & Creative Director
I facilitated the McDonald Innovation team's re-imagining of the drivethru experience. I started by interviewing various restaurant drivethru customers and McDonald's employee to use as ideation tools. During the workshop I had an illustrator visualize the attendees top ideas. On completion of the workshop I was the producer overseeing the 3D visualization of selected ideas. These were put into a presentation to present to McDonald's leadership so that they could prioritize which to implement in their test restaurant.
